    I’m happy I’ve started. It’s certainly not a great start, I lack technique, fitness, stamina and confidence. It’s the lack of confidence that kept me away from starting anything and I’m really pleased I’ve taken this opportunity and whatever the results, I’m going to give this my best shot.

    Push hinges

    C curve

    End with rolling session
