We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure all packaging is kept for safe return.
The refund will be for the returned items only and will exclude shipping costs. To make a return please contact us at ccare@dezac.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide a Returns Reference Number.
Return postage costs
Return postage costs must be paid by the sender and are non-refundable.
Include documentation
Please include a copy of your order invoice or documentation giving the order number together with your details when returning your product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the returned goods have been received a refund will be made within 10 business days, although we aim to do this within 2-3 working days.
Faulty Product
If you experience any problems with your product, please contact us at ccare@dezac.co.uk so we can try to resolve the issue without you having to return the product. If you purchased the item from a stockist, please contact them directly, as most are happy to replace products within their own returns policy.
