IMPORTANT: COLLECTIONS FROM HOME OR WORK ADDRESSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
We accept returns of unwanted items within 30 days of delivering your order.
Before returning an item, please call 01606 352277, or, email help@reviber.co.uk. A returns number will then be issued and we will guide you through the returns process.
- Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Please keep all the packaging. A charge of £10 will be deducted from your refund if we need to send replacement packaging. This is in addition to charges for products within Category Two.
- Returns fall into two categories. Please find your product from the list below, then follow the returns guidance for that category:
Category One: - please post back to us 2nd class and keep proof of postage. If we do not receive the goods and you cannot provide proof of postage, then a refund will not be issued.

Category Two: - We will email you a DPD Drop Off label so you can take it to a local DPD Drop Off Shop of your choice. WE DEDUCT £10.00 FROM YOUR REFUND

The returns service is available only for addresses in the United Kingdom.
Once the returned goods have been received by us we will issue the refund within 10 days, although we aim to do this within one working day.
