    Can I return the product if I’m not happy?

    You can return most products that have been purchased directly from Reviber within 28 days of receipt for a refund as part of our ’28 Day Satisfaction Guarantee’.  The refund will be for the returned items only and will exclude the original and return shipping costs. To start a return, you can contact us at ccare@dezac.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we will provide a Returns Reference Number.

    Do you provide a pre-paid label for the return?

    No. Return postage costs for items returned under the 28 Day Satisfaction Guarantee must be paid by the sender and are non-refundable.

    Do you provide return packaging?

    No.  Please keep all return packaging until you are sure that you would like to keep the item.

    What address should I return the product to?

    If you are not completely happy with your Reviber product and you would like to return it to us, it is important that you contact our Customer Care team at ccare@dezac.co.uk  prior to returning the item so that the return can be recorded on your customer account. This will ensure we are aware that your product is coming back and be able to quickly process your return.

    You should include a copy of the order invoice or documentation giving the order number together with your details in with the item(s) returned..

    When will I get my refund?

    A refund will normally be made to the original payment card within 2 – 3 working days of us receiving the returned item(s).  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

     

    My product is faulty, what should I do?

    If you experience any problems with your Reviber product, please contact us at ccare@dezac.co.uk  and we will try where possible to resolve the problem without fuss and without you having to return the product.

    Unfortunately, it is not always possible to solve a product fault without the product being returned. If you have purchased the product directly from Reviber then our Customer Care Team will be able to advise you on how to return the product to us.

    If the item was purchased from a Reviber stockist, then you will find that they are normally happy to help in replacing a product within their own returns policy. 

     

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
