For large/heavy items we use the DPD parcel delivery service, which offers a next day delivery with precise one-hour delivery windows to most areas.

You will receive an email from DPD on the morning of delivery with your one hour delivery window.  This one hour delivery window is scheduled by DPD, so we have no influence over the delivery time.   

If you enter your mobile number when you order then you will also receive the message by text. If the delivery time and date is not convenient, you can change it by replying to the DPD text or email.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will usually be despatched on the same day

Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday will usually be despatched on the next working day.

Orders placed on the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Important Note:  Bank holidays are not a working day.

For small/light items we use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service, which provides delivery updates & tracking. 

Delivery time for this service is 2  - 3working days. You will receive emails from Royal Mail to update on delivery progress
