For peace-of-mind, we accept returns within 60 days of delivering your order.  

Please ensure all packaging is kept for FREE safe returns or a charge of £10.00 to send packaging will be deducted from your refund.

Please call our customer service department on 01606 352277 or email help@reviber.co.uk before returning any goods. This is so a returns number can be issued and we will guide you through the returns process.

The returns service is available only for addresses in the United Kingdom.

Once the returned goods have been received by us we will issue the refund within 10 days, although we aim to do this within one working day.
